Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Paimons Codex LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy outlines how refunds, disputes, and cancellations are handled for our digital products and subscription services.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
How to cancel:
- iOS:Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Astera > Cancel Subscription
- Android:Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Astera > Cancel Subscription
- Web: Log in to your account at myastera.ai and manage your subscription in account settings, or contact us.
2. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are handled as follows:
- Within 7 days of first purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for completed billing periods. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
- App Store / Google Play purchases:Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be submitted through the respective platform's refund process.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute:
- Please contact us first. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
- Include your account email and a description of the issue.
- We will respond within 3 business days.
We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, as we can often resolve issues faster.
